Pecan Pie Pralines


Looking for a healthy dessert with ingredients you feel great about? Look no further than these Pecan Pie Pralines!




Place ingredients into your food processor and blend until the mixture resembles a cookie dough with small pecan pieces.

Drop dough into balls onto parchment paper as in the photo above. Press out into cookie shapes, about 1/4 inch thick. You may eat these right away. They will be a bit sticky like pecan pie and taste oh SO good.

But wait! I forgot to tell you how long and on which temp to bake them. Oh, yeah….SURPRISE! They are raw so there is no need to bake them at all! Score!


It is super quick and easy to mix up a batch of these lovelies whenever you are longing for just a little something sweet and healthy. 

Make sure not to process these too long or your pecans will turn into pecan butter and the entire mixture could get quite greasy, which wouldn’t taste bad but may not look as nice.

BUT, having said that, if you are going more for the frozen version that tastes buttery like a Praline, you may want to blend the mixture a bit longer until it is a slightly shiny, which will give you more of the butteriness of a traditional Pecan Praline.

Now all that’s left to do is find your happy place, relax, and enjoy!
