Destination Health Coaching

Every person is unique, and that means that every path to wellness is also unique.

While it’s easy to come out with a diet or wellness protocol and say that it works for everyone, the truth is often much more complex.

You’ve probably noticed this for yourself: That one fad diet worked great for your neighbor or friend, but you didn’t see good results. One news report says all carbs are bad, the next says only some carbs are bad — then a third says that carbs are vital for health!

The truth is, each person is a unique individual, and that should be valued — not overlooked. That’s why our programs are tailored to your concerns, needs, and goals.

When you work with us in a coaching relationship:

  • We start with some simple assessment tools to help us get to know you better and to discover your starting point.
  • During the initial coaching session, we will explore your priorities, strengths, goals, motivations, challenges, and resources.
  • Together, we then develop a roadmap to effectively help you reach your health destination through a series of simple, achievable steps.
  • From there, we meet every week for a 60-minute coaching session to your progress, address any challenges that have come up, and decide on the next steps in your exciting journey.
